Enrollment & Registration

Now Enrolling for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Since 1954, St. Mary’s School has proudly served the Lakeshore community.
We partner with families to form confident learners and faithful leaders, guiding students from Preschool through 8th grade in a Christ-centered environment.

We welcome new families to explore our programs and begin the enrollment process below.

Step one: Apply for Enrollment

Parents seeking to enroll their child(ren) at St. Mary’s School must complete the online admission forms through our Parent Portal. If classrooms are at capacity in the grade level requested, the order of acceptance is as follows:

  1. Children of active, worshiping, and contributing parishioners with siblings currently enrolled (tuition payments must be current).
  2. Children of non-parishioners with siblings currently enrolled (tuition payments must be current).
  3. Children of active, worshiping, and contributing parishioners not currently enrolled.
  4. Children of non-parishioners not currently enrolled.

All new students are accepted on a probationary basis pending receipt and review of required records. At the time of admission, parents/guardians agree to accept the policies, rules, and regulations of St. Mary’s School.

Kindergarten Eligibility:
Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 1 of the school year.

Required Documentation:
• Birth certificate and/or adoption papers (Kindergarten and newly enrolled students)
• Custody documentation (if applicable)
• Student support documentation such as IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

Step two: Registration & Fees

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year opens in February.

  • The first two weeks are reserved for currently enrolled families.
  • After that period, enrollment opens to new families on a space-available basis.

A non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $100 per student is required to secure classroom placement. (Fee increases to $150 once enrollment opens to the public.)

A $45 per family Finalsite platform fee is also due at the time of registration.

All enrollment and registration forms are completed online through the Parent Portal.
